Clean room, cool vibe, nice cocktails, good food! Very good hotel!

Rooms were clean and well maintained, room size was small though, but was justified from price point of view. Has metro station at a walking distance

staff was courteous and helpful , room was neat , breakfast was good

When I first arrived I was slightly concerned because the hotel was out of down town Mumbai and didn’t look that welcoming. However the rooms were clean and comfortable. What impressed me was the service I was given. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for the staff. If in Mumbai again I would certainly chose to stay there.

The stay was comfortable and safe. The room was clean, well maintained, and the ambience inside the hotel was good. The entrance area and the lift could be improved, as they did not reflect the quality of the rooms. Overall, the stay was pleasant, and I would recommend this hotel, including for women travelers.

All was good, just the size of the room was smaller than expected and the view from the window was a wall

Excellent hotel but not impressed that they charge for wifi and have a complex registration procedure requiring you to set a password just to access wifi !

Excellent hotel minutes from the airport. Facilities are good and dining options are excellent especially the Jamavar restaurant which is top rated.

Nice modern 5 star business hotel, good for a break from the city but not close to old Mumbai and the sites

Great service, all the staff went the extra mile..

Top class service at a world class hotel, there is nothing to dislike about this fabulous hotel. Thank you to all the staff at the Taj Mahal Palace Mumbai for making this trip so memorable.

Clean room and best shower I had in India. Great stay

Best place to stay in Mumbai
