"I was not given entry at the hotel and no one responded to me. Neither hotel guy or your call center guy helped me. And further your call centre guy denied for refunding me any amount were I was never in fault. You had just looted me . Truly unprofessional from your side. I will never recommend any one your site or booking"

"I had a wonderful stay at The Leela in Mumbai. The service was excellent, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the entire hotel felt clean, fresh, and very well-maintained. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job keeping the room spotless every day. The only slight downside was that the leadership among the breakfast buffet staff could have been more organized. Overall, I still highly recommend the hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay."
