"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hyatt Ziva Cancun, and I can confidently say it was one of the best vacation experiences I've ever had. The resort is beautifully situated between two stunning beaches, providing breathtaking ocean views and a serene atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, offering refreshing drinks and a smooth check-in process. Our suite was spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we could need— including a giant soaking tub with a view. The dining options were fantastic! With multiple restaurants to choose from, we enjoyed everything from gourmet dining to casual bites by the pool. The standout was the seafood grill, known for its fresh flavors and friendly service. The all-inclusive nature of it allowed us to indulge without worrying about the bill. The pools were another highlight; the infinity pool overlooking the ocean was perfect for lounging while sipping cocktails. The resort also offered a variety of activities, from water aerobics to nightly entertainment, ensuring that there was never a dull moment. One unique feature was the swim-up bar, where we met some new friends while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere. The resort’s commitment to guest satisfaction truly shined; the staff went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Overall, Hyatt Ziva Cancun is a haven for relaxation and enjoyment. "My stay at Decameron in San Jose was very relaxing. The staff was very accommodating. The property had a lot of character and the room was clean. The location is right on the water, across the street from convenience stores, and walking distance to a supermarket. Downtown San Jose feels very cozy and the drive to San Lucas is gorgeous. Thank you everyone at the Decameron, especially Cruz, who is very welcoming on my arrival and sincere upon my departure. "

"We had an amazing time at Riu Baja. The cleaning is amazing. The only disappointed is when we went to have dinner at the sister Riu Palace on their steak house. We got there at 6.50pm and they didn’t tell us that the Riu Baja guess is just allound at their buffet. The service just let us waiting until 8.45pm and than he told us that we are not allound to eat there. So rude!! He end it up let us in, but we felt really discriminated! Really need to be address. Other than that horrible experience, everything was great!"
