"Absolutely nothing we didn’t like about Charisma Suites. Room was cleaned twice a day by what seemed to be cleaning ninjas. We never saw them but seemed like our room was clean any time we returned. Food from the hotel restaurant was delicious. We had the prosciutto pizza 3 times, and the gnocchi was incredible. Service was amazing from start to end. Also very easy to get wherever you need to go on the island with their private drivers. Would highly recommend this place to anyone."

"The service was A1, very friendly. They contacted us via WhatsApp the day before our arrival flight to let us know if we had any needs, and they helped us with transportation, sending a taxi to the airport. We were greeted by a man who helped us with our luggage (which was very helpful because carrying suitcases to the room is terrible). On the first day, they gave us a complimentary wine, and breakfast was delivered to our room every morning. The day we left, checkout was at 11:00 a.m., but our taxi was scheduled to pick us up at 12:00 p.m. They allowed us to stay an extra hour without any problems. 100% recommended. We stayed in a room with a view of the caldera and pool. Truly luxurious."

The staff was very courteous. They had porters to carry our luggage in and out as there were stairs to get to our villa. Reception helped arrange airport shuttles. Daily breakfast was a nice perk and the views from the room were fantastic. We had a hot tub in our room and enjoyed soaking and laying in the lounge chairs.
There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance to choose from and all of the ones we ate at had amazing food and service. Some include Skiza pizza and Strogili.

Definitely one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had and it was complimentary. The area to go shopping was right across the street from the hotel, tucked away behind the buildings. Super easy walk with great restaurants. The poolside sushi from Beefbar was one of the best and freshest ever. I ordered it everyday!
