"A truly wonderful stay for our family group of 12. We travel often, and this is easily one of the most beautiful properties we’ve experienced. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless, our room was spotless and ready, with thoughtful touches like complimentary tea, coffee, towels, and even wine and fruit waiting for us after an evening out. The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, offering great restaurant recommendations and even providing directions with a map, which made exploring so easy. The hot tub and pool were a real bonus and added to the overall relaxation. Breakfast was a highlight too, a generous spread of fresh fruit, pastries, cheese, tea, coffee, juices… the list goes on! The only small thing to note is to watch your head on the curved ceiling, but it certainly didn’t take away from an otherwise perfect stay. We’d happily return and highly recommend it."

"The ONLY positive thing about this property was its phenomenal location and that is where the positives end and the negatives begin. For starters, the property did not pay their cable bill and as a result there was no TV in our room. No big deal because we can live without TV on vacation. In fairness, the manager responded quickly and tried to “fix” a “cable” problem, but we already knew what the problem was and it wasn’t a wire, it was non-payment!!! He said it would be fixed the next day and that never happened. The real issue though was that the property blew a fuse and there was NO electricity for 12 hours and the property manager was nowhere to be found. When he did respond, instead of owning up to it, the host said the entire village was without power, which was a bold-faced LIE as ALL of Oia was LIT UP! The reality is that it was only his 4 or 5 units and within 30 seconds of the maintenance crew showing up 12 hours later, the electricity was back on!!! That is not a village problem, that is a JUST BLUE problem. We can handle no TV. We can handle a fuse blowing, but we can't handle the unresponsiveness to our requests to fix it. The worst part though is that they LIED to hide the truth AND that is unacceptable. NOBODY should have to pay their hard earned money for an accommodation that has NO POWER for half a day!!!!!! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!!!! "
