"staff was amazing, place was extremely clean, accommodated for everything we could possibly need, extremely helpful every step of the way, the driver they had set up for us kostas was genuinely one of the most amazing people we’ve ever met and the man that set everything up for us and helped us plan our trip while we were staying there was amazing. he made sure we were fed made sure it was cleaned every day and provided everything we could ever want, the porter was also amazing. really good people work here and santorini was awe inspiring, highly recommend. thank you ducato. it was unforgettable."

"Beautiful, quiet and cozy hotel conveniently located near restaurants, shops and the bus stop (to and from the port) and within steps of the plaza that overlooks a spectacular view!  My ferry was canceled the day I was to depart from Piraeus to Santorini due to weather and thankfully, the hotel was able to accommodate my situation, as I was able to take the ferry the following day.  I received great customer service. Thank you, Irini!  She provided me with information and recommendations of places to eat, tours and helped me with the bus schedules. As a solo traveler, I had many questions about the area and communicated with her frequently before my arrival, which I greatly appreciated.  I really enjoyed my stay at Terra Verde Oia and would definitely do it again in the future."

"It was a magical stay! The rooms were large and comfortable, the views were spectacular, the pool was amazing, the size of the hotel made it very intimate, the food was awesome, and the staff made the whole experience feel over the top. Nicholas and Kostas were fun and professional. They made us feel like very valued guests. The other staff (I didn't catch their names) were always helpful and friendly. I would go back in a minute. With all of that said, be aware that there are a LOT of steps. If you are in good shape, yet still have some limitations, be sure to communicate with the hotel in advance. Some rooms are better than others for accessibility."
