Top Amherst Canalway Trail Hotel Reviews

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tonawanda - Buffalo Area by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"stayed five nights here and was surprisingly happy with the overall stay. I wasn’t expecting the breakfast rotation to change up, so that was nice to see. The staff in the morning were very helpful and attentive to anyone who needed to find anything. I could tell that the morning staff and folks in the kitchen put a lot of work in. During my entire stay, the breakfast was a great way to begin each day. The room itself was really spacious and comfortable. Good tv options let me watch some postseason games at night. The one complaint in the room, which I can live with, was that the shower pan was squeaky while moving around on it. It was easy to just step around the squeaky spot once I figured out where it was. Plenty of towels, comfortable bed, pillow options both firm and soft, and the breakfasts were really great. Would definitely stay here again."

Holiday Inn Express Amherst - Lockport by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"My experience has always been very good. The rooms are clean, staff are helpful and plenty of parking spaces. My only suggestion, for breakfast, is that bacon should be added to the menu. I was at the hotel this past Friday to Monday and bacon was not served at all, it would have been nice to have it served at least once. Overall, my experience has always been good."

Sleep Inn Amherst - Buffalo North near University

8/10 Good

"The vanity area is way too small for 2 or more people. The lighting is dim and it could use a small table and mirror near an outlet would be helpful. Otherwise it was a very good stay. Kudos to your breakfast staff. They go above and beyond to be helpful and very polite. Would definitely recommend."

Buffalo Marriott Niagara

10/10 Excellent

"We enjoyed our overnight stay at the hotel. It was our first time to stay in Buffalo USA and at this specific location. The experience was excellent. All staff were friendly and very accommodating. It is an upscale hotel for sure. One big complaint we have though is that we were put on the same floor with unconsiderate people. Teenagers were none stop banging on doors, in and out of their hotel rooms, constant noise, yelling, laughing, moving of things and at one point a small understanding between a parent and a son. This went on until 2:30am. I supposed there were drunk adults too."

Hampton Inn Lockport - Buffalo

"Staff is excellent at this location. Our room was very clean. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you."

Blue Falls Motel

"Clean room, no smell, beds weren't too soft. Decent overnight stay. Would stay again."
