"Looked clean & bed comfy. Good shower pressure. Indoor Jacuzzi water was cold but was told only maintenance could change. Breakfast was lacking days we stayed, mainly scrambled “eggs”, oatmeal, waffles, bananas, some bread items. Would be nice if they offed boiled eggs & some peanut butter. Although, they offered a banana bread ring which delicious! Staff was nice. Smell of marijuana in some areas of hotel but not our room. Small elevator but worked well. Our 2nd story balcony had seating which overlooked trees and hills. Air smelled clean. The outlets gave my Cpap machine problems. It kept reading error on electrical, that was a first for me. I use a surge protector & eventually found outlet that worked w it. All other devices worked fine. There was working fridge, microwave, nice size closet, ironing board w iron. I was able to use towels w no allergic reaction. There is a pub attached to hotel that offered food, but we didn’t try. Good location for Prescott & Prescott Valley."

"We love to stay at the Hotel St. Michael. Fabulous location. Wonderful 'Grand Old Lady' feel. Seems it's been updated since our last stay. Lounge area is quite airy & comfortable. The 'speakeasy' underground is pretty cool. Appreciate the mocktail options. (NA beer option is pretty icky, though.) Parking is relatively easy. Air conditioning - well, I tell ya. It does work BUT, if you want to keep the room cool at night, you've GOT to do something about the blackout curtains. The curtains are good - but they hang down over the air conditioner - which causes the cooling to STOP because the only area that's cool is right up against the curtains. You either need to leave the curtain open or somehow fold it up so that it rests on top of the air conditioning unit. That was the ONLY downside - and we will stay here again!!!"

"I came in later in the evening - just needed to find a bed and sleep. I was delightfully surprised to enter a welcoming, comfortable room - and it had a "fan" button on the thermostat so I could have white noise all night!! There was a great breakfast available (I couldn't stop to eat, but checked it out), and I would most certainly recommend this facility to anyone. "

"I've been driving past the Sierra Inn for a long time when I travel to Prescott, so when planning for a recent trip showed competitive rates at this property, I decided to spend a night. I'm so glad that I did! The staff greeted me warmly; the clerk who checked me in gave very clear instructions on how to get to the room, was efficient, and I was on my way. This hotel is quite old-school, handing you a physical key rather than an electronic card. When I arrived at the room, I found a clean and well-maintained space that was comfortable for our stay and attractive. The old fireplace/stove had a light for ambiance for an added touch. We slept well, got a shower, and then headed out. The grab-and-go breakfast included some bars and fruit, and the check-out staff was interested in hearing about our stay. I will definitely consider the Sierra Inn the next time I am in Prescott!"

"Prescott doesn't offer a lot in the way of hotels, so it's nice to see a Hilton in the area. Really conveniently located at the end of Sheldon St, it's extremely walkable to bars, restaurants and cafes all over the downtown and Whiskey Row area. Amenities are what you'd expect from a Hilton. Our only real complaint was that you can hear nearby traffic from the hotel room."
