"Loved the location and amenities. The room was very nice and comfortable. Having a apartment instead of just a hotel room is a plus, especially since we decided to do some of our own cooking. The self check-in and checkout process was a bit confusing though in the end went smooth. Will be staying here again."

"First of all it did not appear that the sheets were changed. There was a huge roach in the bathtub and i had to clean all surfaces before i could even bring in my belongings. After i showered i could not get out of the bathroom because the door would not open from either side. My boyfriend tried getting help from the front desk but there was no one there. I had to basically throw the full weight of my body against the door while my boyfriend pulled from the outside again and again until the door busted loose. Im all bruised up and traumatized. Also not in a very good area. Could not even walk outside alone safely and was afraid to leave room empty to go and get food. I would not recommend that anyone with any decency stay there. I feel with all the cleaning on the room i had to do they should have been the ones paying, not me!!"
