"The property itself is beautiful, but the experience was overshadowed by extremely poor communication from the staff. I paid them to arrange local flights, yet they failed to provide any information afterward. After I arrived in Belize, I tried calling again with no response. I ended up messaging them on WhatsApp from the airport, unsure whether I needed to purchase a new plane ticket or not. Despite multiple attempts to reach out through calls, emails, and texts, I received no response for a long time. Eventually, my calls were ignored or possibly blocked. Fortunately, someone finally responded on WhatsApp and provided the information I needed, but by that point, the uncertainty had already caused significant stress. What should have been an enjoyable trip turned into one of the most stressful travel experiences I’ve had."

"I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. It is clean and the staff are lovely. I had one very minor issue and they staff there resolved it immediately. You are a 5 minute walk from Pro Dive shop and a 5 minute walk to the ferry. The location is great."
