"The ocean view was great; however, despite the resort pictures showing you could walk right out onto the beach and access the water, you could not because of the sargassum seaweed. There was a dock for water and boat access. Our room was sufficient, but the entire resort was a little run-down. We went without water one day, and went without hot water for two whole days. Most mornings, we woke up to noise from the construction that was going on. The restaurant closed early because it was slow, so we didn't get dinner that night. "

"When we got there the room was fresh and clean . Friendly staff , so helpful and very very attentive.. clean beach ! Felt very safe , when I woke up for the early sunrise on sea front . Very private and relaxed feel. Food and cocktails were delicious.. Had a very pleasant stay with my family. Definitely a place we would stay again. "

"Property was amazing! The staff went beyond for me after leaving my swimsuits and Stanley cup (gift from my kids) back on the Mainland. They did everything possible to make sure I got them back! Pool and beach view was amazing! Food was delicious! I can’t remember the bartender name but she is a young melanin skinned pretty young lady. She made the first best impression my first night there! She definitely needs recognition!"

"Overall, we had an amazing stay! It felt like the perfect location, with everything being a short distance away. The restaurant in the hotel was the highlight! The food was absolutely amazing—some of the best food on the island. We had a nice oceanfront view from our room. I loved having a gallon of water in the room as a heavy water drinker. We loved our room even though it had a few imperfections, such as chipping on the bed frame. The TV in the master bedroom was not set up for viewing; it would stay stuck on the “source or Wi‑Fi connection” page. Housekeeping could have done a better job. For instance, they never restocked the toilet paper, and we had to call the front desk twice for more. Then, apparently, a pipe burst and shut off the water service for about 5–7 hours. I understand things happen, but we weren’t given a heads-up or notice until there was no water coming to the room."

"We stayed in one of the overwater bungalows . We absolutely loved the property and the staff was always so welcoming . Our room was clean with a clean soaking pool . We stayed on the overwater lagoon bungalow . If we had any suggestions , it would be to improve the lighting and add a full length mirror . But either way we had an amazing time here. "
