Hotel was very clean and the rooms are spacious with a full kitchenette to cook and store food. The balcony overlooked the beach and offered a stunning view of the sunrise. The staff was very pleasant and extremely helpful. They assisted us with booking excursion, taxis and golf cart rentals. We were quite pleased with the overall experience with staying here.

The hotel was on the water and centrally located in San Pedro close to several restaurants and bars. From the balcony I could see the pretty and vast ocean. The receptionist in the morning and at night were helpful in providing suggestions where to eat, what to visit, and what to do. Each suggestion was spot on and specially the local authentic Belizian restaurants to try. Highly recommend staying here where there are large rooms, balconies, and AC.

This was a very relaxing and accommodating place to stay. The balcony looked over the ferry dock but the ferries weren't too busy so it didn't interfere with the view. The staff was wonderful and very attentive to anything I needed help with.

From when we first checked in until we got to our room, it was above and beyond service and very friendly and made us feel welcomed even check us in early. Very fresh and clean rooms, updated modern decor. Fresh paint, clean! Super friendly staff and very helpful with recommendations. Nice dock for guests to use, great location to walk around. Did not know they had breakfast available, didn’t see any signs or indications of that. Very happy otherwise.
