"The service and hotel condition was excellent but the condition of the beach area was very disappointing-- you had to walk over concrete that has sand scattered on it to reach a beach that was unusable because it was eroding into the sea and was filled with seaweed. I understand there will be an upgrade this year but it will be too late for me."

"You can’t go wrong with Phoenix. What a great place to stay. Staff is excellent, on site food is delicious, amenities are top-notch and location is perfect. The best part, we were not treated like Expedia guests (which happened last year in Roatan). The place is great and staying anywhere else is just wrong. "

"They were very nice and very accommodating. However, if you rent a golf cart with someone other than the hotel you have to park far away😩. I think the hotel should have pool parties or foam parties on the resort but nevertheless this hotel was GREAT!!"
