"The pictures online really don’t reflect what the property looks like. The carpet in the hallway of our room smelled like urine, and we’re quite sure that the floors had not been swept or cleaned in our room, as we found a clipped toenail in the bathroom and other dirt and things on the floor. Also, only one of the outlets worked near the bathroom."

"We had a suite that was huge but very poorly cared for. The furniture in the room was gross, very old and uncomfortable and very, very dirty/stained. There was a table & chairs in the room to dine but the cushions on the seats were so dirty. The area with the bed was better and clean but to be able to relax there was out of the question. The pool looked dirty and needs a resurfacing. No towels were provided poolside. The staff was not professional in the way they were dressed or in the way they address the clientele. The lady who checked us in was sitting and slumped over the counter talking to another staff personal when we arrived, she had a pack of cigarettes sitting on the counter next to her. "

"Traveling for work, but unable to get a receipt for my stay. Company card. Now I may have to pay out of pocket because I can’t get ahold of anyone and no one was willing to give me a receipt at check-in and no one was at the desk on my way out to the airport."

"I didn't have the breakfast but my son did and didn't complain. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Only complaint I could probably have was there was lots of dog poop in the grass. Clearly the pet owners were not cleaning up after their pets or using the pet areas. I had my dog so I know the pet stations were stocked. "
