"Our experience was great. We arrived just after a storm and the internet was not working great in our original room so the hotel upgraded us on our arrival to a room which had a view of the ocean and was in a location where the internet was working. Great customer service and a really good breakfast. We really enjoyed the rooftop where we were able to take in the views. "

"Christian was extremely helpful and responsive. The "90 steps" property was wonderful. The shower was the first, big, good water pressure, plenty of hot water shower I've had to date in Italy. The place has style, charm and it perfectly located in Amalfi. If you don't like the 90 steps then you probably won't like the Amalfi coast as every town is the land of stairs. "

"Great location close to ferry drop off, shopping, and restaurants. They were quick to check us in and even checked us in a little early. When we settled in our room, we got a knock on the door and were greeted with complimentary champagne. They recommended us where to rent a scooter and even called to help make accommodations if we needed. Everyone was very helpful. A great stay overall with great service. Thank you to all the staff for making this an amazing trip! It’s definitely hard to leave...

"Hab mir eindeutig mehr erwartet, gebucht haben wir ein Deluxe zimmer mit balkon. Bekommen haben wir ein schimmliges zimmer ohne balkon. Der Balkon war für alle zugänglich. Das Bad war sehr alt und nicht sauber. Am Abend war es sehr laut, da das Zimmer neben der Wohnung der Besitzerin lag und sehr viel Gäste hier waren. Das einzige was positiv war, war die Aussicht. "
