"This was the worst hotel experience of our lives. The room smelled strongly of smoke as soon as we entered. Bedsheets, pillowcases, and runners were dirty and stained. The sofa had cigarette burns, and there were cigarette butts in the corners of the room. The headboard looked like it had been chewed by rodents and was extremely dirty.
