"The staff was nice for the most part. The guy who was going about cleaning and doing a lot of the handy work deserves a raise, because even his hard work was not enough to help this place. They might be in between new ownership and renovations, but there should be better standards. The vending machine downstairs did not work, and in order to purchase from the one upstairs, it even says on the machine that it would put a hold on your bank account. The internet did not work for a third of the stay, and the night before I was supposed to leave, I discovered a bed bug in my room. I paid over $300 for those three days. Asked for a refund and they refused. I understand the internet going down, fine. But bed bug? That should be automatic refund, but apparently current ownership doesn't think so. Do not stay here until after ownership fully transfers over and renovations are finished. Not worth the money."

"Room was clean. Parking was great no issue and they gave me the first floor, which I needed.. I don’t know about pets. Steps saved an item that I left there so I was able to pick it up on the way back. The room really blacked out so you know it doesn’t wake you up if the sun is shining that way. I guess it’s pretty much soundproof. The staff was amenable. They gave me extra time to check out.. I saw they had a pool and I happen to notice they had swings. I didn’t take advantage of any of that."

"So quaint and relaxing. Bug spray a must for late night outside seating. Food at the hotel was amazing, not just convenience meals but chosen dining due to the deliciousness."

"First and foremost, I did receive a refund on my one night stay. The front office was nice, clean, and well lit. The front desk woman (who I wish I got her name because she was the best part of the property). We called ahead for a late check in, and they accommodated it no problem. We didn’t do the breakfast, so I can’t speak to it outside of it smelled good and others were. Our room left a lot to be desired. Mainly a bed that didn’t smell like straight pee, a shower and sink that drained, and pillows without someone else’s hair on them. They’re dated, which is fine for the price however it could have been cleaned much better. The door and locked worked well however (which is great because there were unhoused and “working folk” circling the lot when we arrived). Parking lot was well lit also. Ac- worked very well. Water got hot and had great pressure. Fridge in the room was cold. Cheap. Overall a one and done for us. "
