Great stay at this hotel. Clean, comfortable and friendly staff.

Good location, clean etc etc. only issue was the ridiculous bar charges. Stay here, but avoid the bar!

Overnight stay after arriving for USA trip, whilst travelling to the Smoky Mountains. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was excellent as were the hotel facilities. Breakfast, which was free, was a good starter to the day. The hotel location is just off the highway and easy to access. There are a few restaurants locally as well as some shopping

The hotel is in a good location for freeway, buses and plenty of shopping within walking distance. AC first class though out the hotel. Breakfast good food. Being British the teabag selection were not very good at all.

The staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful, with the exception of the man who was on duty at the front desk the evening of 6th of April 2024 at about 6pm. The breakfast is rich and filling. I only had dinner once but it was delicious. It is a quiet place and i was able to rest and refresh before returning home to work. In summary, I enjoyed my stay.

i arrived late and was unable to get any food as room service finishes at 11pm.Not what i was expecting from a hotel of this standard

Ok

Lovely bright clean hotel very well positioned. Drinks and food were very good, as were the staff. Received upgraded room and credit via Expedia
