"All the female staffs are much kind & friendly. It's appreciate. But the breakfast was terrible. Not good quality and no choice to enjoy. It's due to not many guest stay in the hotel. "Staff were very friendly and the property is quite unique - nestled inside a national park. On the grounds there are ruins of old french vacation homes and other facilities from the 1930's, 40's and 50's which can be walked to and explored. Very unique experience and these particular sites are not available to those who are not guests at Melia. (There are some other historic sites on other parts of the mountain). It is a relaxing getaway as well!"

"The accomodation was clean and spacious, but the area was very remote we couldn’t find any restaurants around at night time. The key of the villa did not work for our entire stay. We almost got locked out in 8 degrees weather. Thankfully we could get in because we had one of our windows unlocked. They have very limited hot water we had to have cold shower after 2 mins.
