We lived like royalty for the weekend in this genuine palace!

Excellent hotel, cleanliness and comfort of room was 5 star. Hotel staff extremely helpfull with great guidance on local attractions. The only negative thing was the high price of parking at the hotel car park!! We were on a self drive tour of Spain and had a hire car hence the need for parking.

Great concept rooms in a fab location, just a few minutes from the esplanade. Fabulous rooftop terrace with private access and all the amenities you could ask for. The room was tidy, but there were some crumbs (guessing from the previous guests) under the table and on the chairs. We arrived early and they were able to store our luggage for us. The receptionists were so friendly and helpful, even allowing me to practice my rusty Spanish with them!

Excellent spacious property right in the historic area of Alicante. Everything was within easy walking distance. Surrounded by cafes and restaurants. We were allowed to check in early for free which was great with a mid morning arrival. Would highly recommend these apartments would rebook again ourselves.

Great location- so close to amenities and to the beach. Well kitted and spacious apartment right in the city centre.

We visit Alicante every year to visit my family and have stayed in various hotels in the centre and near the beach. I have always fancied having a pool, but unfortunately there aren't many nice quiet hotels with a pool in the main tourist parts of Alicante. This hotel is probably not great for tourists who aren't happy jumping on buses and finding their own way around cities or booking a car and seeing a different side to the area! Lovely quite location, beautiful surroundings ideal location for visiting surrounding little towns . We would recommend these apartments as one of the best we have stayed in in Spain.

We had a very enjoyable stay very friendly staff , clean and convenient for buses and trams . Beach , restaurants and shops few minutes walk away. Lovely beach , if you like Pizza n Italian food go to Pepe on the front very good food.A cheap place to eat next to Mac Donalds good food.

Staff very friendly and helpful Bed was comfortable,free parking and close to the Alicante town Would mind of more variety food on breakfast Highly recomended!

The only downside is that it’s not near the town but it has a decent pool and a gym which in the town would push the price up treble. We loved the hotel and found it easy to get buses into town as the stop is right outside. Staff were English speaking and helpful which made it a lovely break. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent. I read some reveiws before i reserved and i didn't encounter any of the problems of others. I arrived an hour or so late due to flight leaving late but Fede stayed in contact with me via WhatsApp and was there to greet me when i arrived and informed me that close parking was abundant after 8pm. Peaceful location with a lovely rooftop overlooking the mountains. Room was extremely comfortable clean and had been thought about with an amazing amount of detail to ensure you had the best stay possible. Lovely to sit outside and enjoy a great breakfast as weather fantastic. Good restaurants and the caves worth a visit together with turron museum.Fifteen minutes to the seafront. Stefan and his team explained everything well and ensured our visit was made perfect.

Superbly maintained property and facilities. Close to tram and beach. Staff were very willing to assist in anyway possible. I would use again and highly recommend these luxury apartments.

Not much to criticise really. Pool could have been bigger so you could swim in it. Maybe a gym too. Staff are great. High end appliances in the apartments. Our "partial" sea view was pretty amazing. Sea one direction, mountains the other. Spacious too. Tram stop to Benidorm / Alicante about half a mile away.
