"Spacious room and friendly and helpful staff"

"Thecstaff vhanged our room immediately after we got a sloghtky dufferent room. The room was grear. The only pribkem was the chrome casting to watch movies. In the evenings it didnt work. Breakfast was fine for our room service breakfast and of course location is excellent. The pool was a great place to relax. Restaurant bar was awesome too. Didnt visit the other ones this time. Would definitely recommend to a friend."

" We had a great experience staying here! We arrived quite late, but from the very first call, the staff member was incredibly kind and helpful, which made our late check-in smooth and stress-free. When we got to the room, everything was spotless, tidy, and very spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable—we had such a good night’s sleep after a long day. The next morning at checkout, we saw him again and he was just as friendly and welcoming. It really made a difference to feel genuinely looked after. The location is also very convenient, and we enjoyed being able to go for a walk around the area. One of the best surprises was finding out they’re pet-friendly! We hadn’t realized beforehand, but that definitely makes this place even better. We’ll absolutely be coming back and will make this our go-to spot in Auckland—next time with our dog 🐶 Highly recommend!"

"Clean, spacious room with modern kitchenette, perfect for our overnight stay. Uber ride to Go Media (Mt Smart) Stadium $12 one-way - we think, very reasonable price. No shower door - slippery tiles on floor. Bathroom mat got very wet, very quickly. Friendly staff member at check in. Thank you for your hospitality."
