We were a bit worried when we arrived that the area outside the hotel was crazy busy and full of loud cars, bikes and music… but we had read a top tip to request a courtyard room and so actually our room was super quiet and relaxing and a nice break from the chaos of fisherman’s wharf. Restaurant breakfast was delicious but there’s also a latam coffee shop on the corner of the block directly behind the hotel who do amazing pastries. We loved the concept and hotel ethics regarding your love of dogs and supporting their welfare. Danni and John were fabulous having facilitated our meet and greet with Buster, Beau and lily. Good location for what I needed to do, clean room and a comfortable bed. Would have liked milk with the coffee instead of coffee creamer, but that's my only complaint!

First time stay at this hotel. Great location. Great public transport almost on doorstep. Great customer service at front desk. Al at the bar was excellent and gave some great tips on getting about. We were in Room 504, and had a view of Alcatraz and the Bay Bridge. We asked for a mini fridge and coffee making facilities, and by the time we got back from our trip for dinner, they were set up in our room for us. Bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Had no issues was very clean for my stop over used hotel for catching the calafirnia zepher the next day from emeryville amtrake station just over 10 mins away only negative was the price of food in the hotel apart from that everything was good
