This was a really nice hotel and the best thing was being next to the masjid. The staff were very helpful and it is an ideal place with all the shops nearby. Thank you very much.

Simple but good
The Kleopatra is well situated, friendly staff and good breakfast. We had a nice view from our room of the Alanya Castle and could walk to the beach in 5 minutes. Pool on the top floor was nice as well with the ability to have a drink or something to eat. It wasn't the Ritz but definitely fit the bill.

The room was nice and clean and a good deal for Alanya. The location is fine. But the real gem is the management. We stayed in this hotel and had a glitch while trying to catch the ferry to Cyprus. The hotel manager went out of his way to look up other options for us. Very helpful!

Everything was great for the price we paid: location of the hotel,wonderful view from the balcony, very close to the beach. I would say it was perfect except the fact they insisted me to pay cash. It wasn't easy to get at ones all the cash and I was really frustrated and annoyed doing that. The whole world accept the cards. I would definitely go back to the same hotel next time if not this issue.

3 yıldızlı ortalama bir otel. Terasta havuz var. Guzel ve temizdi. Kahvalti ise vasat sayılabilir. Tek cesit peynir, zeytin vardı. Çeşitlilik pek yok. Oda temizliği cok iyi. Hergün temizleniyordu. Otelin konumu ise şahane. Hem plaja, hem çarşıya yürüme mesafesinde. Karşısında aquapark var. Teleferik 2 dk uzaklıkta. Çalışanlar kibar ve anlayışlı. Otele fiyat perfomans olarak bakmak gerek. Sonuçta 5-10 bin tl'lik otel değil. Bu fiyata kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Rummet var lättstädat. Under sängen var det katastrof. Handfatet var helt uselt vattnet gick ej. Vad än man gjorde varken med medel eller pump.mögel överallt.handukarna antigen fattades eller byttes varje tre dagar. När man frågar blir man överraskad av svaret. De börjar dela ut uppifrån tills de kommer till 2:a våningen så är det slut men handukarna och badlakan. Väldigt småa rum.
