With me asking for a room change he agreed for joining the beds in exisiting room. I asked for changing the linen and pillow covers, to which the hotel boy claimed that there are no more linens at the hotel. Then I asked for a room change, to which they agreed and gave me a room which was dusty enough to give me an allergy trigger. I've stayed in this...

"I had very bad experience with the check inn, I have been allotted a downgraded room and they did not even bother to apologise. I demanded a compensation but they thought iam begging, so sad. I paid full room rent with extra bed with Expedia but it did not reflect there Had a tough time But the property is really amazing. I wish I could have been tested better"

The room lacked finishing touches like colourful cushions as shown in the lobby photo which left a very austere atmosphere in the room. It was comfortable enough. It’s built on a steep hillside so be prepared to have a good workout for the thighs coming and going to the restaurant and reception areas if you wish to walk; gold cart transport service is available if you prefer.
