An excellent holiday in this outstanding hotel located in the best location in Abu Dhabi. There is a great choice of restaurants, and the best staff you will find anywhere. One of the many reasons we keep returning.

We have just returned from a 5 day stay with our 5 year old son. The hotel is gorgeous with spacious rooms and very clean. The beach club is very nice, the cabanas offering welcome shade from the heat. The beach and sea are also very clean and sea with plenty of space. The staff in every area of the hotel were outstanding, always a smile and happy to help. They were especially friendly to our son who enjoyed the attention and now thinks everyone he came into contact with is now his friend....

Warm friendly welcome which continued throughout our stay. Every member of staff we encountered was courteous and helpful without exception. Management should be proud. Friendly helpful staff, clean well maintained property, excellent food choices.

From the moment we walked in we received the highest level of treatment. The receptionist found us a room even though we arrived before the regular check-in time. The room was amazing with luxurious furnishings. All the hotel staff were extremely courteous. The palace had amazing decorations. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. I enjoyed every moment I was there. I can’t wait to return there.

Great hotel - excellent service, great breakfast, outstanding Indian restaurant. Pool was good but in need of a facelift... otherwise an excellent stay and would thoroughly recommend.

The staff are so polite and willl go out there way to help you with everything to make your stay amazing. Special mention to ashrad from the team at the pool, Ahmed and the breakfast team and leakat in housekeeping. There daily helpfulness, warm greeting and smile made the stay.

Nice location, staff and rooms

The Andaz capital gate is positioned at the exhibition centre. We used it for our base for the Grand Prix for 7 days. Fabulous welcome large rooms. Small but pleasant pool area on the 19th floor of the worlds most “leaning” building. We had steak sandwich and monitors for lunch at the pool - yum! Can’t fault a thing. Our trip was split between Capital Gate and Fairmont Bab al Bahr both 5* and offer a different high quality experience.

The hotel is beautiful with friendly staff and clean rooms, the facilities are clean, modern and all working. Could not recommend the hotel enough!

After an initial problem start to our holiday we had a very good stay in the intercontinental in Abu Dhabi. The Resident Manager was a very sincere gentleman who rectified our initial complaints and turned our stay into a very memorable time. The staff in the executive lounge were exceptional, very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were cleaned and tidied to a very good standard by a very polite young man. We would certainly recommend this hotel and stay there again.

I was apprehensive about traveling with my 19 month daughter for the first time, but as soon as we reached the hotel my fears were diminished. The hotel, the staff, the private beach, pool area, gym, sauna steam room were all amazing. Great stay here - all the staff went above and beyond to be helpful. Rooms are excellent and breakfast is delicious!! The hotel even made an event of my birthday with a cake surprise in the bar and balloons in my room. Will be back here on my next trip to Abu Dhabi

Very nice experience all in good service

There was a delay in my on-line booking coming through. However Youness and his colleagues at the reception went out of their way to get it sorted and ensure we had a great stay. The sauna/spa facilities were well looked after. Loved the stay.

Amazing place. Staff are excellent especially Winston at breakfast. All the staff from receptionists, valet guys, restaurant staff, the pool are all amazing. The rooms are clean and spacious, the atmosphere inside and outside the hotel was absolutely perfect for us. It will be nice though if more English speaking channels are made available. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already planning to go back.
