Room extremely clean and modern, good facilities, including gym and swimming pool. As a solo female traveller receptionist and staff made me feel very welcome. There is a large supermarket opposote which is handy.

long time traveller, first time reviewer here, I had to extend my hotel stay in Riyadh due to some project complications, anyhow, this hotel was the only one available, when I turned up, the lobby looked dated and worn, even the halls, and corridors appeared dull compared to international middle eastern hotel standard. Good location and very modern hotel

My second stay at this hotel and will continue to chose again for future stays. The hotel is clean and well maintained and the staff extremely friendly and attentive. Once again they were able to accommodate for an early arrival.

It was amazing Very clean Amazing staff like house keeping and reception One note: I had to discuss for 10 mins that I booked room for 2 adult and 1 child (total 3) BUT the room had 2 beds only and they asked for extra payment for the extra bed. I mentioned clearly that I booked 3 persons so I should get 3 beds but was not understood initially. After 10 mins the reception person helped me and provide the 3rd bed without extra cost and he upgraded the room I think
