"This hotel has very good location just 4 min walk to haram. I would say it is very clean and room has enough space for big family as we stayed in family suite. I feel like another home. Breakfast isn’t to bad. Room service is excellent, friendly staff, cleaning person called Farhan is the excellent, the hotel has 5 shops where you can buy things also 2 clean barbershops so you can do haircuts after umrah. I would recommend to get this hotel I rated this hotel 4 star "

"I stayed for my recent visit to prophets mosque. The hotel is near to gate 309, 310. It was clean , well maintained and in near vicinity to the mosque. Staff were caring and very cooperative. The breakfast was good as well. They have allowed us for late check out as well. I would come again to the same hotel every time. Thank you so much Rotana , great team and excellent hotel. "

"This hotel has recently opened, everything inside is brand new and very modern. One of the closest hotels to Masjid Al Nabawi. I have stayed at other five star hotels nearby, and would recommend this hotel over those. Everything is super clean, staff are friendly and genuinely want you to have a beautiful trip. The next time Allah invites me, I will stay here inshaAllah"

"An excellent five star hotel which is luxurious. It has the easiest and quickest lifts to make your way to the kabah, 1 lift from reception and you are outside. Breakfast and dinner is amazing with lots of options in the buffet. The hotel has an amazing kabah view - I would highly recommend staying at the hotel. "
