We found the room to be impeccable. Just be aware there are no washcloths. The shower is very nice. "

"I was insulted by the pool staff. The supervisor was unapologetic. I raised this with front desk management and I was offered an apology. I am extremely disappointed and flabbergasted with the action of one particular accor hotel staff and his supervisor. Unfortunately I did not get their names but I did raise this with hotel management. There was no indication that they addressed the issue"
