This property requires lot’s of fixes. For a 4 star hotel, I was expecting much more cleanliness, you can see the layers of dust on top of the trims. There were broken floor transitions, broken wall paneling, broken trims and I even saw broken ceiling tiles, wallpaper seams were visible. So, for the price I paid I didn’t get the quality of the service or the quality property conditions. You can smell the cigarette smoke in some rooms. I can’t write everything that was wrong here either.

REGENTA NEAR CG ROAD.
Regenta brand - growing mid budget brand , trying to match luxuries on all aspect & they are successful too. Only negative point of this hotel is adjourn room voice reflects in other room if it is too loud. Another 202 room number side all rooms having no views from Balcony. Prefer room opposite side having good view. Apart from it everything is fine and comfortable.

Average with potential to be a good 4 star
Good location, nice hotel that has potential. Poor house keeping service, they get there after a number of calls. Complained to ass front desk manager, made no difference to poor house keeping service. No follow up. Checkin was at 2, we arrived at 3:30 and our room was not ready till 3:50 as it was still being cleaned.

Initially I was unhappy with a couple of things such as tv not working and noise from the room next door and also housekeeping staff shouting across the corridor outside my room. But Neha Soni (front desk) saved the day. She moved our rooms and the rest of our stay was great!! Well done Neha!

Very Pleasant, modern and clean hotel
We were welcomed and greeted by staff. Given a welcome drink. Very quick and efficient check in. Our luggage were taken to our room. Very clean, modern and spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom was very modern and clean with background music. Good breakfast. Friendly staff who always smiled and greeted you with respect. Only minor problem are thin walls with very poor acoustic, so you can hear everyone talking.However, a good experience and would recommend this hotel.

Absolutely Fabulous Hotel & Service!
We found this hotel by chance & what a gem of a find. Unbelievable for the price. First time staying in Ahmedabad so didn’t know area but this CG Road location was perfect. The hotel is one of best boutique hotels we’ve stayed at: very modern, affordable, clean, exceptional service & comfort. Beats other hotels. Staff (Alpesh, Jay, Neha, Gaurav, Moshin, etc) all great. Will stay here again & highly recommend to everyone.

Would stay again
2nd stat at Regenta in Ahmedabad after returning from Rajkot. Much better then first stay which was also good and much better then Regenta in Rajkot which was undergoing renovations. This time we had a room on the first floor which was good. Reception staff were very helpful, thank you Mohsin and Neha ,Asian restaurant was excellent . Some more training of staff,especially in dining room to accomodate tourist from overseas will make this an even better hotel to stay in. Although wifi signal was better on this visit,improvement in this regard would be helpful. Tourist tips information in room and/or reception would help for eg for day trips,shopping,restaurants etc

Long overdue visit to Gujarat
We got in at 4.00 am and had booked a room for the night before.We were given a room on the 6th floor which seemed to have a strange smell so we called Mohsin at reception and complained about it and he kindly showed us and moved us to another room on the fifth floor which did not have that smell. The hotel staff do try to accomodate you as best as possible. Mousin,and Neha at reception were very helpful ,also the manager in the hotel’s Asian restaurant was very helpful and the food in the Asian restaurant was excellent.breakfast was also good with a decent variety of food. The rooms could have done with more soundproofing, as you could hear other doors closing and chatter in the corridors.

We both really enjoyed our time here. Cleverly and beautifully designed small hotel. Quirky but classy furnishings with interesting design /finishes. Works well in terms of space and amenities. Lobby area with dailysmall library, cafe. Free wifi throughout...not the fastest but not bad. Standout is staff friendliness especially in Artisan restaurant for breakfast, and front desk. House keeping was never seen but impeccable.

Nice stay
Pleasant stay especially after we upgraded to the bigger suite after the first night. Staff are very friendly but beware of the number if rather loud weddings they host and you can’t swim on the beach that we saw from our window - currents were too strong allegedly. Overall good stay and nice hotel - food options are fantastic!!

A hotel worth its brand
The stay was comfortable. The room was well done with fairly good interiors. Value for money, I would say. Breakfast was fairly ok. The location was appropriate given the proximity to the Airport ( 30 minutes) and main business area. The hotel provided for all the basic amenities i.e. Free breakfast, WIFi, equipped toilet and of course a clean room

Top Notch Service at the Regenta Antarim Ahnedabad
Our stay at the Regenta Antarim Ahmedabad was fantastic! Everyone on staff from all areas of service assisted us with all our requests and needs. My wife had an episode resulting from a medical condition and she was treated exceptionally well, She was escorted to our room when she had difficulty walking.

Not bad
The hotel was okay for the price. It is close to all the places one would want to visit. Our room had a smell of smoke and it seems that it comes from other rooms if someone is smoking when they shouldn't be. Probably comes through the vent. This was tough to deal with and although the hotel came and sprayed air freshener in the room, it really didn't help. Hotel was okay for one night but I probably would not stay there again.

Good place to stay. From outside it may not look good hotel, but inside is excellent. I will recommend anyone to stay at this place.

Modern, clean rooms with friendly service
We had a great stay at the Regenta Antarim. The rooms are very well-done and have a polished, modern look and feel about them. Staff were very friendly- in fact they went out of their way to set up breakfast buffet for us when we were a few minutes late. Excellent service overall.

Disliked: Staff & service
Comfortable physically, mentally exhausting!
This hotel is a comfortable in the sense that it has good space, good beds, nice dining area, centrally located etc. However, it is exhausting to stay here because the housekeeping is too noisy, they talk across the halls without considering for the guests, and the walls are too thin so you can hear next door guests. I complained to the hotel staff multiple times but there was no change (even if they took action). I would not stay in this hotel next time and neither recommend anyone as a matter of fact.

Not Quiet room
The hotel was really good from service to rooms and food. The only problem I had was that they don't have a sound proof room. The DJ was too loud during new year and you cannot stay in the room due to that. Even if someone talks outside in the gallery you could listen to that.

brilliant hotel staff
Hotel is very clean and modern staff are absolutely fantastic just cant do enough. all the chefs are so accommodating and always asking we we needed any thing else to eat so will make those dishes.Reception guys are so helpful i havent seen these courtesy in any othere hotels yet. the only thing lets down was size of the room and no bath tub and noise levelfrom adjoining rooms but apart from that just brilliant

Never had this before to pay when check out. This is total respect and trust between hotel and guest. Location is good variety of food around,breakfast is good and hotel staff are very polite and kind internet is perfect and room is comfortable

Quick Ahmadabad visit
This is really an amazing hotel you can stay with, specially when you are travelling with your family and Dog. Nice property, well maintained and quite too. Serves decent breakfast with lip smacking delicacies...They have another restaurant named, Hibachi...serves tasty​ Oriental food. Overall fantastic experience.
