"ITC Mughal was a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely efficient, the food at Taj Bano and Peshawari was excellent and there is an interesting sampling of shops within the hotel. The hotel grounds are nice for a small walk and the puppet show was adorable. I would highly recommend it. "

"A useful hotel within walking distance of Agra Cannt station. As will all Indian hotels it was a little noisy, but that said they were friendly and it worked for what I needed. Staff were helpful and friendly."

"We actually unfortunately saw our room and decided to go somewhere else. We honestly meant to book Hotel Amar (similar name with same logo) so we left our booking and went and booked a room in Hotel Amar just two buildings down. The staff was really nice and understanding! "

"Dirty hotel and rooms. Room linen was unbearable. Staff was obnoxious. Dust bowl everywhere else. The restaurant looked like a construction site. Location is poor too, goes through congested and small streets. Do not book this place."
