"From check in to check out we had a wonderful time ! A grand breakfast buffett and even complimentary dinners but we weren't able to take advantage of that as we made other dinner plans. Our room in the tower was incredible looking right at Table Mountain and they even light it up at night ! Easy to get around with Uber Black ...great location "

"I think this was the best hotel experience I’ve ever enjoyed. The service was exceptional, the people lovely, the room was spotless and the whole atmosphere of the hotel was perfect. It truly is an oasis from the chaos of Marrakesh, and felt so relaxing to come back there knowing we had such amazing comfort awaiting us! "I had an amazing stay here. The staff were top notch and extremely helpful during our entire stay. I had a few issues with my initial room that I was given at check in, and when I brought them up to the onsite manager, he quickly went out of his way to change my room. ALL of the staff I interacted with were fantastic. From the front desk, to the restaurant staff, to housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond. The rooms were great and very comfortable. Even the room I changed from was great. The main issue I had was with the balcony door. It had a large gap that could let bugs inside. Because I could not get the yellow fever vaccine, I was terrifed of mosquitos coming in. As I stated earlier, the manager changed our room without any issue and the new room was perfect. I would reccommend this hotel to anyone going to Nairobi."
