Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything spotless. The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. The atmosphere was calm, elegant, and very well managed. Whether it was the dining experience, common areas, or overall environment, everything exceeded our expectations. What truly stood out was the dedication of the team. They were always attentive, responsive, and eager to assist with any request, which made our stay smooth and memorable. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we have had. "Spa was lovely, breakfast OK and dinner disappointing. Staff were rude when I raised an issue about the room I'd been given not being as expected (and smelling badly of stale smoke despite being a non-smoking room) - one receptionist hung up on me when I called from the room. I was told repeatedly to come back later at reception and they tried to give me a smaller room that the category I paid for. Eventually got a nice room but it ruined the first 2 days of our holiday. Would never go back."
