Gestion déplorable de la réservation !
Mon séjour s’est mal passé à cause de votre plate-forme de réserva hôtel.com.
Arrivés sur place le gérant me dit qu’ils n’ont pas eu le règlement de la chambre de votre part.
Je me retrouve limite harcelé par le gérant qui. Kent toquer à ma porte pour me dire qu’il n’avait toujours pas son règlement !
N’ayant pas d’argent liquide sur moi il a fallu que je quitte l’établissement qui est en pleine campagne, j’ai fais 50km aller/retour pour trouver un distributeur pour procéder au règlement de la chambre sur place.
J’ai passé des heures au téléphone avec différents interlocuteurs Hôtel.com pour qu’au final on me dise on va annuler votre réservation et on vous laisse régler cela sur place!
Je déplore la gestion de ce problème par vos agents!
Ce n’est pas à moi de subir les conséquences de vos dysfonctionnements !
Vous n’aviez pas à proposer cet établissement sur votre plate-forme si vous n’en maîtrisiez pas tous les éléments de règlements et autres!
J’ai demandé à ce que vous fassiez un geste commercial et votre agent m’a proposé un remboursement !
La moindre des choses dans ce genre de situations c’est prendre à votre charge l’intégralité du montant de la réservation à titre de réparation du désagrément subi!

Nous avons adoré cet endroit, un établissement calme, propre, et très accueillant. Une équipe présente et discrète à la fois.. les chambres, la décoration, la vue, les repas… tout est très sympathiques.
Nous avons adoré notre séjour et c’est un vrai plaisir d’y revenir à chaque fois. Merci à tous le personnel avoir fait de notre séjour un moment unique.
