"Room clean and tidy with ensuite toilet, sink and powerful shower. Kettle and tea, coffee and hot chocolate provided and topped up daily as were the towels. Very nice stay."

A note was left on the desk, asking customers to ring a mobile number. But as a person who had just arrived from abroad and didnt have a UK mobile phone couldn’t ring the number.
