Probably the most beautiful hotel during our trip. Newly refurbished, they've done a great job of creating calming , tasteful rooms. Good dinner in the restaurant. They happily accommodated our bike overnight. Serene lawns with adironaks going down to the lake. A perfect stay.

We stumbled across this little gem while looking for a dog friendly hotel to stay for a family getaway. The owners were so friendly and made you feel very welcome. We stayed on the weekend so they had a fabulous breakfast in the gazebo. Everything was served with a smile. Beds were very comfy and you had everything you needed. Large clean room with lots of storage, good kitchen facilities and good wifi. Good selection for breakfast too and several options close by for food.

This hotel is great. I loved the evening reception as it can be boring and lonely when you stay in hotels a lot. The rooms are spacious and clean and the housekeeping staff are all really friendly, especially Maria. An unexpected surprise was the laundry facilities. We have been on a very long trip and it was great to be able to get rid of the laundry burden that had been piling up. A wonderful place for a stay in the Adirondacks. It’s not the Crowne Plaza nor a Marriott, and I’m glad it’s not! A perfect place to stay if you’re there for hiking and good company. A very friendly and helpful proprietor too.

Had a fantastic stay here for 5 nights. The hotel is lovely, and an added bonus I didn’t know before I booked it was they had free paddle boards and kayaks for hire on Lake Placid. A few of the gas fire pits were out of gas which was a shame. The location was great, close to the shops on mirror lake and plenty of things to do like Whiteface mountain.

Great place

We loved this hotel. The staff were very friendly. The room was amazing. Easy parking. Just around the corner from the main street of shops and restaurants and also the beautiful lake. The only downside was that we couldn't stay longer.

Lovely hotel, the rooms were very clean & fresh looking. Friendly & welcoming staff. Great location for walking to bars & restaurants. Plenty parking.great bar. Would stay here again.
