"Said it was pet friendly but not for cats. I stayed in the past but management changed and so did these rules. Hotels need to specify pets meaning all or dogs only to avoid confusion. They also need to apply the fees when booking to avoid additional surprising costs. "

"I paid over $400 and the hotel was overran by young hockey players . Lady checked in before me within that group and stayed at same hotel for $148/night! Entire amenities were overran by these teams and I couldn’t use any of the workout areas because of these kids taking over the space! Every time I book through this platform there is an issue with my reservation! The double queen bedroom I booked was dirty upon our check in and my son had to sleep on a sleeper sofa (no linens on room) very disappointing. "

They gave me sheets in a bag to make my bed that were dirty with stains the breakfast was not there the guy said she called out. Old stale food.. bad staff they where no where to be found only one staff member was good as checking in his name was criag he was super friendly.. "
