"Beautiful property "

"We stayed for 2 nights and overall it was a good stay. I noticed some stairs have tiles coming off when walking to breakfast, needs some fixing. Also, we had booked 'Lavender Deluxe' room but we upgraded our room to Maple wing because our room was dull and not the same as it looked in the pictures. My sister had to have her room changed because their toilet was broken and the sink wasn't clean when they checked in. The newer rooms seem to be much better. Spa was good to relax, staff was friendly and the massage was really good as well. Highly recommend if you're spending a couple of days here. Hotel staff were friendly and accomodating with travel help and anything else we needed. "

"Really enjoyed our weekend at the Ravine..the breakfast had great options every day and the food quality is excellent! The staff is very courteous and attentive ! Views from the valley view room are fantastic! Overall a very good place to have a nice, relaxing holiday! We would definitely visit again! "
