They thoughtfully arranged for extra grab rails in the bathroom, which made a huge difference and showed genuine care and attention to accessibility. It gave us great peace of mind throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally polite, respectful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. The food deserves special mention — the restaurant serves absolutely amazing meals, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. "Our second time staying at this hotel and this stay exceeded our expectations. I was on a vacation to celebrate my birthday and the hotel staff upgraded us to a suite, decorated my room and left us a cake. Breakfast selection is very good. We ate at the hotel for Christmas Eve buffet, which was also very good. I would definitely recommend staying here and will also come back to stay at this hotel."

"Superb location for our village (25 minute walk to Wadala) - staff were very helpful, esp Arshdeep and Anil. Special mention for Sunil in the restaurant who really looked after all of us with grace, nothing was too much trouble and he was always supportive of my elderly parents. The hotel was a haven to come back to after all the wedding celebrations - straight to breakfast after the doli departed!"
