"Stayed on 2 seperate nights in one week. Returned for 2nd night it was so good. Felt like we were minded like family. Left a bag behind and when i returmed next evening the receptionist offered me a cup of tea. I had driven a good distance and here was a person who could read how to treat and look after a guest in an empathetic way. Each and every staff member was polite and went over and above. The food was delicious. Breakfast freshly cooked to order. Lovely

"Lovely hotel with lots of parking. I had a great spa treatment. The staff were helpful and approachable. The room was a good size with plenty of towels and toiletries. The room it was a little too warm for me during the night though. The only downside was a few noisy people at breakfast who need to learn to moderate their voices and the smallest serving of scrambled eggs with salmon I have ever had in a hotel or restaurant! "

area was a nice bonus. Walkable distance to the main city and staff were nice. The bath plug didn’t seem to work though. "

"Lovely hotel and staff. Location is great - in a safe residential area and walkable into the town. Our courtyard room is a bit noisy from other guests’ bathrooms, backs onto a private resident’s garden. No window views unless you stand and can see into their garden(!). Overall, a very nice hotel, comfortable."
