I booked a single room based on the few photos available on Expedia but the room I got was not shown on Expedia. I stayed in something the size of a store room with no windows. I didn't specifically choose this room, but I feel if a room has no windows, it should be flagged in the booking. The room was literally the size of a single bed. Opening the door the room would fill half the room. It got incredibly hot during the night because of lack of ventilation, I had to prop the door open to let air from the hallway in. I can't imagine anyone staying in the room in summer, be warned. I don't think this should be a room, and it definitely shouldn't have been £45 a night. I feel taken advantage of. The only positive is that it was clean and well kept, else I would've left.

Recently refurbished room, fresh paint etc, new fittings and fixtures including sockets by the bed. Bathroom needs a towel rail or hooks. Room could do with hooks too. Very convenient for the railway station, bus station and city centre shopping areas. Ideal for a one night stopover.
