"We missed the breakfast because we were jetlagged. The honey scented amenities were very nice. The beds were comfortable. Overall good experience but not exceptional. It was overpriced for the experience. But it was in a good location. The status on Expedia said we would have a complimentary drink per adult guest but that was not offered. Kettle in room did not work, neither did the outlet to charge our phone. Also we tried calling the front desk for room service, no one picked up. Overall I would not pay this price again for this experience. It was average at best. "

"Great location. The hotel is very laxking in any ammenities. It is an office floor in a commercial building that were refurbished cheaply to be a "hotel". Not family friendly. Very Very Very uncomfortable bed, hard and knotty. We didnt have Wifi for almost half a day. There is no privacy, you can hear EVERYTHING from all the other rooms. For the price I would recommend another hotel"

"The staff are very helpful at all times and the hotel has a very nice traditional vibe to it. Breakfast selection sets you up nicely for the day and the location is right next to the central station making it easy for getting to and from the airport whilst also being a short metro ride / walking distance from the attractions.
