"Very clean rooms! Loved the breakfast and evening food. I also loved that they have a restaurant that’s open until midnight. I had medical scans one day, came to room after being at MD Anderson all day, fell asleep, had no energy to go out for dinner, I remembered they had the restaurant! What I ordered was delicious and fresh and the lady at bar was amazing! Will definitely book here again, when scan time comes around 💜"

"This hotel scams people by charging them more than once. When finally getting someone on the phone after two weeks instead of refunding me like they said they would, they charged me two more times! When trying to get it resolved the manager is always not available or on vacation and the people who are there are not authorized to give refunds and just hang up on you. Worst hotel ever, do not stay there."

"The room is spaceful, and clean. The staff was friendly. I checked in late. She was on the phone with the other guest regarding the room rate charging issue. She was the only receptionist and I have to wait for 5-8 minutes. She apologized for the wait. I would recommend adding one more reception to help. I love their continental breakfast."

"We were not able to enjoy the vacation because the room we slept in was terrible because it sounded like moving furniture and banging on the floor. Then, we raised our concerns throughout our entire stay but nothing happened. The bathroom was disgusting because it insects like cockroaches in the bathroom. They also charged for damaged utility fee, which we don't know what is that for. The smell was also horrid and bad. We were also charged for early checked in when in fact we checked in late. I won’t be recommending this place and I will never ever come back to this disgusting place ever again."
