The Riad had good space, a beautiful pool area, high standard room with character, a good pool, good restaurant and staff that could not do enough to make our staff comfortable. From being picked up from the airport the Es Saadi Palace staff could not do enough for us. It is a very calm peaceful hotel away from the madness of the hub of Marrakesh....only a 10 minute taxi ride £4 although our first night £10 (think we must have been tired!) Amazing hotel, staff were lovely, Nobu restaurant tasting menu and waiter was accepting, rooftop was perfect chill for during the day and party at night. Definitely recommend staying a weekend at the hotel. Although there is no need or want to leave this amazing hotel, the old square is just a short walk to see the stalls and snake charmers and fruit stands and the YSL museum and the new Marrakesh is a nice walk in the opposite direction.

The hotel was great and the service was fantastic!! The general manager for guest relations was awesome!! He arranged a bouquet of flowers for my wife who was celebrating her 40th birthday and also arranged a late check out for us at no extra cost. One of the restaurant staff also arranged a cake at no extra cost for her in less than a couple of hours!! My friends and I had a great time!! Will definitely visit again!

Beautiful 5 star property. All staff were amazing especially Sarah who checked us in the hotel efficiently. Sarah was amazing and helped us check in at 12:00 when our check in was supposed to be at 15:00. All facilities were amazing including pools , rooms and breakfast buffet . So much variety for everyone to choose from . Will definitely be coming back to Marrakech just for Savoy Le Grande Hotel !
