"This B&B is a hidden gem! It is one of those places you talk about for years after staying. Location in a lovely neighborhood. Our room was on the ground floor (no lift in B&B) with a stunning view of the beautiful back garden and of Hereford Cathedral. The room was wonderfully decorated and very comfortable. "One of the showers was a little too hot for some of our tastes. The double bed was very hard and difficult to sleep, but it was also very warm whilst we were there. The owners were really communicative before our stay and when we got there. They left us some bread, milk and essentials which was really appreciated. "It is a beautiful luxurious hotel with a superb spa. Rooms were nice and bedding very comfortable. Grey's restaurant food is average and very limited choice and overhyped but breakfast was excellent. The biggest surprise on checking out was that they charged 10% service charge on the whole bill including the room charge that was prepaid on Hotels.com. There was no warning and left a bitter taste. "
