The hotel was in a great location with plenty of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Galle Face Green and the shopping mall just a quick tuktuk ride north. All in all a great place to stay and located well for Galle Face. My family are Sri Lankan and what struck me was the ridiculous prices for Tuk Tuks outside the hotel, one offered a ride for 1,000 rupees, but reduced to 800 when i laughed. The ride if you walked to the main road and grabbed one would be 300 to 500. So that annoyed me. The food choice for breakfast was somewhat disappointing.
