"The location was great - just a 10 min bike ride into town. The staff were top notch - they were all so amazing to deal with and really took care of you. The only disappointment was the room for how much I paid for it. I was expecting it to feel a bit more high end. It was a comfortable bed. "Very nice hotel and super friendly staff. It’s relatively small, one on-site restaurant with excellent food (and many choices in town), nice pool and spa, very relaxing. We took the train to explore cinque terre (7 mins to Monterosso), but were glad to have a nice quiet hotel to return to at the end of the day. Highly recommended."
