Underwhelmed by the pool area, especially access to it and it's remote and isolated location. Not sure I would feel safe up there by myself."

"Convenient location, easy public transport access. Great place easy checking in. Clean and simple to use. Although staff is 24/7 there was no one at the checkout waited 20 minutes, no one showed so I left my swipe card at the front desk with a note stating room number and name, then I left as I did not want to miss my plane."

"The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Amenities at the hotel we great and I noted it was child friendly, providing activities for kids and families. I would recommend staying at the Novotel Darling Harbour."

"Lovely cafe very good breakfast. I don’t like buffet, having eggs made to order marvellous. construction opposite and further down the street made getting in and out less convenient. Ground floor room a little noisier than elevated floors but outdoor courtyard delightful. Unfortunately rained every day of our stay. Comfortable bed, very good pillows and linen."
