I loved this place. Amazing location, just wow!. It is a big hotel with between 1-2,000 guests so feeding those numbers "All Inclusive" can't be an easy task. However, the food was just fabulous, and The Mandarin and The Canarian cuisine was just superb. This place exceeded my expectations and the vibe was excellent. The hotel is a little tired (built in 1972), but I loved it, the location, beach and catering were just excellent.

Booked this hotel on the internet based on reviews and cost, as we have never been to Fuerteventura before thought this was a good deal. Arriving at the airport hotel transfer was arranged separately and was easy to find the coach to the hotel. check in was simple and fast and easy to find our room at night. Fantastic location for our holiday, our check in couldn’t have been better! Such lovely staff! Being winter, the heated pool was a godsend! We definitely would have preferred more signage to rooms as it is a bit of a maze. Our apartment was beautifully cleaned, bed comfy and useful kitchen equipment. I have been here 4 times and this hotel just keeps getting better. I noticed more improvements this year. Supplying shower gel, upgrade your all inclusive to premier to get branded drinks. New sunbeds around the pool, welcoming drinks or shots at dinner depending on the theme night. The hotel is always clean, the staff are lovely & efficient. They will help you no matter what or if you have a problem. The food was amazing & not repetitive. This is a wee gem of a place.
