Diablo Lake is a reservoir in the North Cascade mountains of northern Washington state, United States. Created by Diablo Dam, the lake is located between Ross Lake and Gorge Lake on the Skagit River at an elevation of 1,201 feet (366 m) above sea level. The unique, intense turquoise hue of the lake's water is attributed to the surrounding glaciers that grind rocks into a fine powder that is carried into the lake through creeks. "Here is my honest opinion. We had issues with our stay due to the room being broken a little bit but as someone who works in hotels I don't think they deserve a bad rating. I forgot to get names of the front desk people but thank you to the guy who checked into our room early, literally made our life so much easier and the night audit guy. He Definity has some customer service skills, appreciate them! As well as i would like to point out their pool. It turned out by the end of the night we were there alone not we were not disturbed; it was so much fun!"
