"The hotel is down a side street not far from Bangla but wasn't noisy . Turned up at 2 to check in but room wasn't ready until gone 4. Room small and smell like damp . Bed sheets were clean but the duvet inside didn't fit and was stained and dirty . The towels didn't smell fresh . Cockroach in room not really acceptable even in hot climate not was the rat running around in reception area hiding under a sofa ! The rooms are nothing like the pictures on the web site and must have been 20 years or...

"When arrived late at night to check in, I got informed the hotel as FULL and had to move me to another hotel nearby of lower standards (and rates) without explanations or compensation. Got moved back to the original hotel next day but had to change plans to check out early and be without a room until the afternoon. Towels were not changed for days."

The staff were amazing (special mention to the bar guy, Smart and manager, Nick) and the restaurant had yummy food - especially their mango sticky rice was to die for! There is a massive shopping mall nearby, a 7/11 convenience store across the road and you are only 20 minutes to Patong, 20 minutes to Rawai to the south and roughly 10 minutes to Old Phuket town. Very clean rooms, everything is nearby and the beds are comfortable! If I could give 10 stars I would!!"
